The earth shook and moved
those of faith heralded it
as a “sign” from “God”

Movement of the earth
has little to do with “God”
Simply natural

So, here I am, throwing myself into the podcasting ring. As of this Thursday – May 26th at 7 pm – I’ll be starting my first of hopefully many podcasts covering a range of topics. Atheism, bisexuality, lifestyle choices, and much more. Please take a moment and check out Bunnies in Pink Barbie Corvettes and give me feedback!

Update: rescheduled to June 9th at 7 pm – need time to get some equipment and do a bit more setup.

Scarlet AOne thing can be said about the insane versions of “Christian” fundamentalists (and I find the last part of that word hilarious, by the way), they are nothing if not consistent.

A non-garden variety RWNJ, Dawn Gordon, has taken it upon herself to keep a list of atheist or atheist-based web sites she feels are persecuting the “big 3″ – Jews, Christians, and Muslims. I am so very proud to be placed on that list along the likes of PZMyers and Jeremy Witteveen. The nice thing is she keeps this list updated. Which means there are some new and really great blogs to explore every few days.

Dawnne G – http://dawnne.com – This one is in the number one position. He’s probably not getting a lot of exposure because Ms. Gordon has his URL done incorrectly. Still, I personally love his site as it has his thoughts. It’s more life-centric than atheistic.

Me – http://beliefblower.com – My web site is more about the asshats one can find on Twitter and the ridiculous things they say.

Jeremy Witteveen - http://cafewitteveen.wordpress.com – Jeremy writes about so many things: his life, cooking, photography, atheism, and so much more. I think that this one and Dawnne G’s are listed simply because at one point they didn’t agree with Dawn Gordon’s particular bit of insanity.

Petursey (AKA Rabid Atheist) - http://petursey.wordpress.com/ – I am not entirely certain why this blog is listed. Petursey hasn’t written anything for over a year (though he may be writing elsewhere).

PZ Myers - http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/ – Hands down one of the more well-known and well-written atheists one can find on the Internet. This man is brilliant and on the top of his game.

Godless Girl - http://www.godlessgirl.com/ – She’s a new follow for me. Her web site doesn’t focus on just atheism. She talks about women’s issues, homosexuality, and society in general.

Mark Iocchelli - http://40yearoldatheist.com/ – This is another new web site for me. It’s always great to find new skeptics and I’m really looking forward to digging through his site!

There you have it – some new and fantastic blogs to check out thanks to one loopy RWNJ out there. I’ll try to update this list so you don’t have to take a trip into insanity land!

And you’ve got to love free publicity (not that many people are even going to Dawn Gordon’s blog): http://christiancreativity.wordpress.com/support-against-religious-bigotry/
